Projects

This is where I keep track of the things I’m building, testing and slowly dragging into existence. Here’s the stuff I’m building, rebuilding, or currently poking at until it becomes real.

Some are real products. Some are experiments. Some are just ideas that got interesting enough to deserve a page.

Right now, the common thread is simple: I like making weird, useful internet things.

Kindbot

Kindbot is one of the projects closest to what I want to keep doing, building software that feels personal, useful, and a little bit magical.

It sits somewhere between assistant, experiment, and product. Part of the fun is figuring out where that line really is.

Chess

A web-based chess project, plus the surrounding Discord activity and infrastructure needed to make it actually usable by real people, not just technically alive.

This one lives in the zone between game, web app, and deployment puzzle, which is apparently one of my natural habitats.

Website / Blog rebuild

ConradDangerfield.com is also a project now. This website, a rebuild of my old internet home into something more alive, experiments, ideas, tools and side projects that may turn into something bigger.

I’m rebuilding it less as a polished portfolio and more as a place to think out loud, post interesting things, track projects, and leave a trail of what I’m making.

Experiments

There are usually other things brewing in the background, half formed tools, web experiments, ideas, and strange little side quests.

Not everything needs a launch plan before it deserves to exist.
